STI's CMCP500 Series Din Rail Mounted Transmitters are available in 15 versions including all vibration parameters, temperature, speed and all TSI (Turbine Supervisory Instrumentation) functions. Transmitters include OK Circuit and a Buffered BNC Connector. With the optional Alarm Module they are a fully functional single channel monitors with OK, Alert and Danger Alarms. They are CSA/UL Class 1 Division 2 and CE approved.

CMCP525 Acceleration Transmitter/Monitor

CMCP525 Accelerometer In/Acceleration Out Transmitter

The CMCP525 Acceleration In/Acceleration Out Transmitter is available in either "Peak" or "True RMS" signal detection versions. The CMCP525 is compatible with all voltage output accelerometers, and provides a 4-20 mA output proportional to the overall measurement. Each unit provides constant current power for the accelerometer, checks for faults, processes the vibration signal to determine overall amplitude, and outputs a 4-20 mA DC current that is proportional to a user selected range of 5, 10, 15, 20 or 25 g's with a 100 mv/g Input. CSA and UL Class 1, Div 2, B-D Approved.

The Optional Alarm Module provides OK, Alert and Danger Relays, selectable time delay, trip multiply, bypass and 0 to 5 VDC outputs for displays. The relay outputs can be used to trigger machine shut-down or other alarms. Combining transmitters with an existing PLC or DCS system results in a high density, low cost vibration monitoring system.

The CMCP530 Accelerometer based Velocity Transmitter is available in either "Peak" or "True RMS" signal detection versions and English or Metric scaling. The CMCP530 is compatible with all 100mV/g output accelerometers, and provides a 4-20 mA output proportional to the overall measurement. Each unit provides constant current power for the accelerometer, checks for faults, processes the vibration signal to determine overall amplitude, and outputs a 4-20 mA dc current that is proportional to a user selectable range of 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and 2.5 in/sec (metric equivelant of 12.7, 25.4, 38.1, 50.8 and 63.5 mm/sec) with a 100 mv/g Input. The CMCP535 Displacement Transmitter is compatable with both 100mV/In/Sec Piezo Electronic (Accelerometer w/Velocity Output) and 500mV/In/Sec Electro Mechanical Velocity Transducers and is available in English or Metric scaling. The CMCP535 provides constant current power (if required), checks for faults, processes the vibration signal to determine overall amplitude, and outputs a 4-20 mA dc current that is proportional to a user selected range of 5, 10, 15, 20 or 25 mils (metric equivelant of 127, 254, 381 508 or 635 microns). Combining transmitters with an existing PLC or DCS system results in a high density, low cost vibration monitoring system.

The CMCP546 Absolute Vibration Transmitter combines two (2) inputs, Shaft Relative using a proximity probe and Case Absolute using a Piezovelocity or mechanical velocity sensor to produce Shaft Absolute in Displacement terms for use on heavy rotor/light case machines. Outputs include a 4-20 mA transmitter signal for use by PLC/DCS and a buffered raw signal output representing the Absolute Vibration for use by Data Collectors and Analyzers. The CMCP575 Isolated Speed Three-Wire Transmitter is one in a family of the 500 Series Transmitters that provide field mounted efficiency and ease of wiring in a compact DIN package. The CMCP575 accepts a frequency or pulse rate input and converts it to a standard process signal output, 4-20mA for interfacing directly with PLC's, DCS's and process computers.

The CMCP575 provides independent linearity equivalent to 14-bit digital accuracy and include user friendly features such as wide ranging and non-interactive zero and span controls. The power range is 15 to 42 VDC @ 28 mA typical.
