CMCP-525A Vibration Acceleration Monitor - Ordering Page

The CMCP525A Acceleration Monitor is available in either "Peak" or "True RMS" signal detection versions. The CMCP525A is compatible with all voltage output accelerometers, and provides a 4-20 mA output proportional to the overall measurement. Each unit provides constant current power for the accelerometer, checks for faults, processes the vibration signal to determine overall amplitude, and outputs a 4-20 mA dc current that is proportional to a user selected range of 5, 10, 15, 20 or 25 g's with a 100 mv/g Input.

The CMCP525A Alarm Module provides ok, alert and danger relays, selectable time delay, trip multiply, bypass and 0 to 5 VDC outputs for displays. The relay outputs can be used to trigger machine shut-down or other alarms. Combining transmitters with an existing PLC or DCS system results in a high density, low cost vibration monitoring system.

The CMCP530 Accelerometer based Velocity Monitor is available in either "Peak" or "True RMS" signal detection versions and English or Metric scaling. The CMCP530 is compatible with all voltage output accelerometers, and provides a 4-20 mA output proportional to the overall measurement. Each unit provides constant current power for the accelerometer, checks for faults, processes the vibration signal to determine overall amplitude, and outputs a 4-20 mA dc current that is proportional to a user selectable range of 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and 2.5 in/sec (metric equivelant of 12.7, 25.4, 38.1, 50.8 and 63.5 mm/sec) with a 100 mv/g Input. Combining transmitters with an existing PLC or DCS system results in a high density, low cost vibration monitoring system.

The CMCP530A Alarm Module provides ok, alert and danger relays, selectable time delay, trip multiply, bypass and 0 to 5 VDC outputs for displays. The relay outputs can be used to trigger machine shut-down or other alarms.

The CMCP535 Displacement Monitor is compatable with both Piezo Electronic (Accelerometer w/Velocity Output) and Electro Mechanical Velocity Transducers and is available in English or Metric scaling. The CMCP535 provides constant current power (if required), checks for faults, processes the vibration signal to determine overall amplitude, and outputs a 4-20 mA dc current that is proportional to a user selected range of 5, 10, 15, 20 or 25 mils (metric equivelant of 127, 254, 381 508 or 635 microns). Combining transmitters with an existing PLC or DCS system results in a high density, low cost vibration monitoring system.

The CMCP545 Position (Thrust) Monitor is compatable with all manufactures Eddy Probe or Proximity Probe Systems with a voltage output of 200 mv/mil and is available in English or Metric scaling. The CMCP545 checks for faults, processes the vibration signal to determine overall amplitude, and outputs a 4-20 mA dc current that is proportional to range of 0 to 80 mils (40-0-40) or the Metric equivalent of 0 to 2 mm (1.0-0-1.0 mm).
