The CMCP540 Displacement Monitor is compatable with all manufactures Eddy Probe or Proximity Probe Systems with a voltage output of 200 mv/mil and is available in English or Metric scaling. The CMCP540 checks for faults, processes the vibration signal to determine overall amplitude, and outputs a 4-20 mA dc current that is proportional to a user selected range of 0 to 5, 10, 15, 20 or 25 mils (0 to 127, 254, 381, 508 or 635 microns). Combining transmitters with an existing PLC or DCS system results in a high density, low cost vibration monitoring system.
The CMCP540A Alarm Module provides ok, alert and danger relays, selectable time delay, trip multiply, bypass and 0 to 5 VDC outputs for displays. The relay outputs can be used to trigger machine shut-down or other alarms. Combining transmitters with an existing PLC or DCS system results in a high density, low cost vibration monitoring system.

The CMCP575 Isolated Speed Three-Wire Transmitter is one in a family of the 500 Series Transmitters that provide field mounted efficiency and ease of wiring in a compact DIN package. The CMCP575 accepts a frequency or pulse rate input and converts it to a standard process signal output, 4-20mA for interfacing directly with PLC's, DCS's and process computers.
The CMCP575 provides independent linearity equivalent to 14-bit digital accuracy and include user friendly features such as wide ranging and non-interactive zero and span controls. The power range is 15 to 42 VDC @ 28 mA typical.

The CMCP-TACH3 is front panel programmable for single or multiple pulses per revolution and scaling. It may be used as Tachometer, Rate-meter, Counter, or a Totalizer. The tachometer also offers Rate Of Acceleration. The CMCP-TACH3 offers a fixed or floating decimal point and can be supplied with Remote Optical, Infrared, Laser, Proximity, and Magnetic Sensors. It is directly compatible with a TTL input and a 200mV to 50 Vac signal. The TACH3 has front panel programmable set points, analog voltage and current, TTL and RS232 outputs. The TACH3 can be modified to accept a -24 Vdc Eddy Current Probe input. The TACH3 offers more standard features than any other tachometer available.

The LVDT is mounted to the foundation at the opposite end from where the turbine casing is attached. Attached to the end of the steam valve control shaft on a large steam turbine, the Valve Position Transducer provides a voltage proportional to the valve’s position. The Valve Position Transducer is directly compatible with the CMCP-549 Valve Position Transmitter, which provides excitation voltage and outputs a 4-20 mA analog signal proportionate to the percentage of valve opening.
